Mileage Entebbe Airport
Unlimited mileage offer means that
you pay a flat rate per day irrespective of the distance covered.
This is the best option for visitors who intend to visit different
destinations in a given country. It is the best option when you are in
constant motion or when visiting different localities in a destination.
In this case the car renter is responsible for fuel and daily routine
maintenance. The renter must remember to always check the radiator water,
oil, ATF etc. The car renter is also responsible for any damage beyond
normal wear and tear. Fuel is the responsibility of the renter.
You can either get the car full tank and you return it full tank or get it
empty and your return it empty.
Self drive Hire in Entebbe Uganda:
We do recommend self drive car
rental if you do not feel safe when another person is under the wheel. More
over self drive affords a high degree of privacy, flexibility and hence
discovery. Besides self drive is ideal if you love driving but you do
not own a car. To self drive you must have a valid driving license. For none resident, you must
have an international driving license. In addition to this, our agency
requires that you be at least 23 Years of age and must have your
passport.
For self drive fuel
is the responsibility of the renter. You can either get the car empty
and return it empty or get the car full tank and return it full tank
All inclusive car hire option
This option
means that you rent a car with driver, fuel and insurance. This rate
may look expensive but it is the best rate or option if you want to relax
and enjoy the scenery. Nothing can ruin your safari than for a driver
to keep on reminding you that the tank is empty.
Deposit in case of damage to
the car:
A self drive car hire will attract a
refundable deposit of USD 500.00(Five hundred only) per vehicle as a sign of
good will. All our guests are expected to take care of the cars
otherwise in the event of any damage to the car, we will take the car to the
garage for examination and evaluation with the guest. If the damage is
beyond USD 500.00, the guest will be expected to add the difference. If the
damage is less than USD 500.00, we will pay the garage and give the
difference to the guest.
Please note that this deposit does not
apply to Chauffeur driven cars. Deposit is subject to change without
notice.
Car Hire Insurance/
Rental in Entebbe Uganda:
Car hire come with third party
insurance.
Theft protection waiver (TPW) and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) can be
purchased at extra cost.
Highway requirements for
car rentals in
Uganda:
For car rental in Uganda like
other countries, the police checks can ruin your trip. To avoid
complications with the Uganda police, make sure that the car rental
company or individual has the necessary papers for the car. These
include current insurance, road license etc. Equally
important is to ensure that the car given to you has spare wheel, jack,
fire extinguisher, warning triangle.
Pick up and drop off

Unless you are already within
the country, our rental include airport transfers. We pick
you at the Entebbe airport and return you to the airport. Cars can also be
dropped at our Kampala Agency offices. Rental cars can also
be picked and or be dropped off at Jinja, Mbarara, Entebbe.
